My friend, Deborah, gave me a vintage cigar box she bought at an auction. I was sooooo excited, and could hardly wait to get started. I immediately thought it would be perfect for storing mini albums, cards, or mini books. I just love beautiful vintage things that are also functional. I knew it was going to be a fun project, and just my thing! Of course, I was too afraid to "practice" on the box Deborah gave me, so I bought this little box to be my guinea pig. With a little Tim Holtz hardware, a Prima flower, and some 7 Gypsies goodness, I was able to transform it into a beautiful storage box. I'm very pleased with how it turned out, and I think I'm ready to move on to the one Deborah gave me.
